DAY 1: FES DESERT TOUR – IFRAN – AZROU – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA DESERT:
After breakfast, we leave Fes towards Sahara desert, passing through Ifrane, the Switzerland of Morocco. Arrive at the cedar forests of Azrou, where wild monkeys live. Then, we drive our 6 days desert trip from Fes to Marrakech through Midelt, Errachidia, Ziz Valley, and Erfoud. We continue to Merzouga desert. After relaxing for a few minutes in Merzouga, we go to ride the camels, who are waiting to take us on an adventure in the sand dunes.
We will spend the night in a camp (Berber nomad tents), with drums music in the middle of the Sahara desert. This is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise.
DAY 2: DESERT TRIP- VISITING SMALL VILLAGES -KHAMLIA VILLAGE:
After seeing the sunrise from our lovely desert camp in the middle of the dunes, then take breakfast and ride camels or take you on 4×4 to the place where your driver waiting for you. Start our journey with unique desert experience, visit the Nomad families who still live in their tents, have a chance to get in touch with nomadic life. Then we continue to visit Khamlia village, where you will have your lunch, and listing to some Gnawa music. Here we have two choices for you, the first is going back to our desert camp, and the second is sleeping in the Hotel.
DAY 3: MERZOUGA DESERT – JDAID VILLAGE – OUZINA VILLAGE:
After breakfast in your Berber camp or the hotel. Start the real desert adventure by exploring Erg Chebbi, we visit Nomads, Khamlia village with its Gnawa music, time to have special desert activities such as Moto quad or buggies excursion. Then the part off-road of Paris Dakar, passing by Taouz village. Lunch in Ouzina village with Berber family, a remote village in the middle of the desert. A place where you can meet the local people and experience the real rural Morocco, a very small oasis, you will spend the night in your hotel and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, rest and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
DAY 4: OUZINA DESERT ADVENTURE – RISSANI –ERFOUD- TOUDRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY:
After breakfast, we start our journey to Dades Valley via Todra gorges and Rissani. Then we continue our road through the Berber villages of Tinjdad and Tinghir. We arrive at Dades valley in the evening. Overnight in the hotel.
DAY 5: DADES VALLEY- SKOURA VALLEY- ROSE VALLEY- OUARZAZATE:
After visiting Dades gorges, we leave Boumalne towards Ouarzazate passing by Boutghrar an off-road where we will get in touch again with the Nomads who still living inside the caves, then drive through Skoura valley, and the rose valley of kalaa magona. Arrive at Ouarzazate in the afternoon where you will have your lunch. Overnight in the hotel. Best Morocco desert experience.
DAY 6: OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU – HIGH ATLAS – MARRAKECH:
After your breakfast in your hotel/riad. We start our last journey of 6 days best Morocco desert experience from Fes to Marrakech, by visiting the most attractive places in Ouarzazate, such as Cinema studio, Taourirt Kasbah, Telouet Kasbah. After that, we head towards the majestic Atlas Mountains, cross the high atlas via the second highest road pass in Morocco Tizi n Tichka (2260m high). Offering impressive views of valleys, mountains, and many Berber villages nearby. Arrive at Marrakech in the evening/night. The end of our 6 Days desert tour from Fes to Marrakech.
