Day 1: Arrival in Rabat – City Tour & Overnight:

Welcome to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel or riad. Depending on your arrival time, you will begin exploring this peaceful and elegant city. Visit Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, then walk through the charming Kasbah of the Udayas with beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. You can also stroll through the old medina and enjoy your first introduction to Moroccan culture. Overnight stay in Rabat.

Day 2: Rabat → Volubilis → Meknes → Fes

After breakfast, travel toward Fes. On the way, stop at Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco, where you can walk among ancient columns, arches, and mosaics. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, to visit Bab Mansour Gate and explore the old medina. In the afternoon, drive to Fes and check into your traditional riad inside the medina. Overnight in Fes.

Day 3: Fes Guided City Tour

Today you will explore Fes with a local guide. Visit the Royal Palace gates and the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), then walk through the old medina of Fes el-Bali, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with narrow streets and traditional markets. Discover Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest university in the world, and see the famous leather tanneries and artisan workshops. Return to your riad in the evening for overnight stay.

Day 4: Fes → Ifrane → Ziz Valley → Sahara Desert

After breakfast, begin your journey toward the Sahara Desert. Stop in Ifrane, known for its European-style architecture, and continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains and cedar forests where you may see wild monkeys. Drive through the scenic Ziz Valley with its palm groves and oasis villages before arriving in Merzouga. Ride camels across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi at sunset. Enjoy dinner, traditional Berber music, and an unforgettable night in a luxury desert camp under the stars.

Day 5: Sahara Desert 4×4 Adventure

After breakfast at the camp, explore the Sahara Desert in a 4×4 vehicle. Drive around the dunes, visit local nomad families, and learn about their traditional lifestyle. You may also visit Khamlia village to experience Gnawa music and discover more about desert culture. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and wide open landscapes of the Sahara. Dinner and overnight in the desert camp or hotel in Merzouga.

Day 6: Sahara Desert → Todra Gorges → Ouarzazate

Wake up early to enjoy the beautiful desert sunrise. After breakfast, depart toward Ouarzazate. Stop at Todra Gorges for a short walk between the high canyon walls. Continue along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing small villages and desert landscapes. Arrive in Ouarzazate in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou → Atlas Mountains → Marrakech

After breakfast, visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful kasbahs in Morocco. Then drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoying spectacular views and traditional Berber villages along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. Overnight in a riad in the medina.

Day 8: Marrakech – Airport Transfer (Optional Morning Tour)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Marrakech airport according to your flight schedule. If your flight is in the afternoon, enjoy a guided morning tour of Marrakech, including Jemaa el-Fna Square, Bahia Palace, and the colorful souks before heading to the airport.
